All new colour customers require a patch test 48 hours prior to appointment. A 50% non refundable booking fee (this will be deducted from your final bill) is required for all new colour clients. Failure to attend your appointment or patch test 48 hours prior or cancel following the cancellation policy will result in the booking fee being used towards the loss of earnings. A new booking fee would then be required to book any further appointments. 

Existing and new customers are required to pay 50% of their appointment price if the cancellation policy is not followed.
